A proud member of the Local Roofer’s/Waterproofer’s Trades Union Local 58, Patrick embodies a wealth of knowledge in Government Practice and Standards, Safety Regulations, and Quality Assurance. As a third-generation roofer, their passion for the industry resonates in every project undertaken.
As a Proactive Project Manager, Patrick orchestrates seamless collaborations between construction teams and stakeholders. His meticulous attention to detail ensures adherence to schedules, specifications, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of excellence on-site.
Holding licenses across multiple cities including Colorado Springs, Denver, and Pueblo, Patrick’s commitment to professionalism and competence is unwavering. He meticulously assess subcontractor bids, oversees project execution, and ensures the timely submission of all essential documentation.
